Where are the
supper clubs held?

You’ll find us taking up residence at various venues across Brighton and Hove. We search out unique and engaging spaces that perfectly complement the theme and menu.

How do I book?

On our ‘Events’ page, choose the supper club you want to attend and click ‘Add to Basket’. You’ll go through to a booking page where you can fill in a few details and make a payment. A few days before the supper club we’ll send you an email with all the information you need about the night. We run on a first come, first serve basis so be quick if you’re interested.

What will I be eating?

Each menu is different. We give a taster of what’s on offer on our ‘Events’ page and reveal the full menu in advance of the supper club. All of our food is freshly made by us and we take care to source delicious, seasonal produce that is organic wherever possible.

What’s BYOB?

At every supper club we offer complimentary cocktails on arrival made from freshly blended fruits, herbs, spices and mixers. Please feel free to bring your own booze with you for the rest of the evening.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

We are happy to adapt if needed and can cater for vegetarian, vegan, paleo, dairy free etc. – just let us know when you book. If you have an allergy then please email us before booking and we can provide more information.

What if I need to cancel?

We’ll miss you lots, but things happen.

If you have to cancel we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can see if anyone else wants your spot. We’re only a small supper club so we won’t be able to refund any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, as we’ll have bought ingredients and started prepping, sorry.

Who will I meet?

Your guess is as good as ours! We’ve already met so many amazing people through our supper clubs and find that sitting around a table with new people always leads to interesting conversations and enjoyable evenings.


“Supper Club”

A supper club is a cross between a restaurant and a dinner party. You’ll enjoy a delicious meal and cocktails while chatting with friends old and new. It’s a celebration of food and community.

“Slowing Down”

One Supper Club was set up with the aim of ‘challenging the increasingly frantic pace of modern living’, of slowing down and enjoying simple pleasures in life; good food and good company. We hope our evenings are a chance to step outside our busy everyday lives and provide a time to feel relaxed and inspired.


Wherever possible we use seasonal organic produce in our supper clubs. This means that our food contains no unnecessary pesticides, chemicals or artificial fertilisers. We believe organic food tastes better and contains more nutrients.


Lagom is a Swedish word that sums up our attitude towards life. It has no direct translation but loosely means ‘just right’, ‘not too much or too little’. It indicates balance. In our cooking this means finding a balance between healthy, good for you ingredients and delicious, indulgent food and cocktails.
