“An attempt to
One Supper Club started in
Autumn 2015 with a few friends
gathered in our home to share a meal.
From there our meals have evolved and grown into a beautiful celebration of food and community. Our pop-up events are all about people, food and laughter.
Our desire to find deeper connections within our community began when Libby was unwell in hospital with an infection in her heart. We were shown so much kindness and generosity from the people we met; we wanted to share some of this and to open up to meeting and connecting with the people around us.
Without the incredible care, skills and technology that the cardiac team at the Royal Sussex provided us, our story could have been very different. As a small gesture of thanks we donate our profits to The Sussex Heart Charity, who help raise funds for training and essential new equipment.
We’re passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients and sourcing them as locally as possible – there are so many brilliant independent producers in Sussex who make this easy for us. Our five-mile feasts showcase the best of it. Our style of cooking is all about turning these delicious seasonal ingredients into an indulgent feast; everything is lovingly prepared and freshly cooked by us.
